Great Opportunity for New Jersey Counselors!
Carenet Counseling, located in Pennington, New Jersey is seeking an independently licensed therapist to offer professional counseling. This can be a part or full-time position where you may create your own schedule while working in a welcoming office atmosphere.
Our counselors provide excellent, compassionate growth oriented therapy. We are licensed, experienced and adaptable to meet the individual clients’ needs. You will help us provide outpatient mental counseling to individuals, adults, couples, families and/or groups who are experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral and/or situational difficulties.
You will receive client referrals to help you build and maintain a full caseload. We often have a waitlist and want you to thrive. We offer administrative support to help you navigate HIPAA, and any clinical needs that may arise including a hybrid work environment: in person, hybrid telehealth.
This is a fee-for service independent contractor position part time or full time depending on your availability. Fees range from $46-$117 per hour with an annual salary equivalent of $40K to $100K+, depending on hours worked per week and session types. There is no cap on compensation.
We will offer clinical supervision and peer consultation as needed and requested to offer support for compassion fatigue or burnout.
